◎Introduction
NH8003/NH8606 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blend procedure, suitable for heat transfer print powder coatings with good outdoor durability and excellent mechanical properties.
Heat transfer technology is to transfer the graphics and text originally printed on paper or film to the surface of the substrate by heating to obtain a clear and beautiful pattern to achieve the effect of logo or decoration. It was first mainly used in fabric transfer printing in production. With the rapid development of material science, the application scope of thermal transfer technology has gradually expanded. The combination of thermal transfer technology and coatings in architectural decoration, interior decoration, and other fields is a new trend that meets people's needs and environmental protection requirements. Powder coating is an environmentally friendly coating that can form 100% film and has no solvent pollution. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption and recyclability. Powder coating thermal transfer technology is a special process in which the transfer ink on high-precision paper is sublimated into the cured coating at a fixed temperature so that the substrate has a specific pattern or texture effect.
