50/50 Polyester Epoxy Resin with Excellent Mechanical Properties
◎Introduction
HH2582AT is a saturated polyester resin, which is the friction gun version of HH2582A. It is mainly used for a 50/50 polyester/epoxy mixed powder coating system and is suitable for friction gun spraying.
The working principle of friction gun spraying is to use frictional electrification to charge the powder. The charge is generated by the collision, friction, contact, and clutching between the powder and the special polymer material and nylon in the gun wall. The driving force is airflow.
There are many advantages of friction gun spraying:
1. High powder application rate for the first time, reducing recycled powder and providing benefits.
2. Overcome the Faraday cage effect, especially effective for spraying complex workpieces.
3. The powder on the workpiece is more uniform, and the surface leveling and smoothness of the coating film are better.
4. Comprehensive automatic spraying can be used to reduce labor costs.
