◎Introduction
NH8308 is a saturated polyester resin, which is mainly used in polyester / TGIC powder coating systems. It features extraordinary heat resistance, excellent impact performance, and good leveling performance, suitable for high-temperature resistant powder coatings.
Powder coatings, as a kind of green environmental protection coatings, have been widely used in many fields in recent years, especially in metal coating. Powder coatings often use organic resins such as epoxy, polyester, acrylic, and polyurethane as the matrix. Due to the influence and limitation of the structure of the matrix resin, these common powder coatings have deficiencies in some properties, resulting in application limitations. Such as barbecue stoves, heaters, high-power lighting, heating pipes, and other high-temperature-resistant equipment, powder coatings are required to have high-temperature resistance.
NH8308 has very good heat resistance. The powder coatings prepared with this resin have extraordinary heat resistance and can be used in various high-temperature resistance equipment in electrical, metallurgy, petroleum, aviation, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries.
