Good Leveling TGIC Blended Polyetser Resin for Low Gloss Powder Coating
◎Introduction
NH8003T/NH8606T are saturated carboxyl polyester resins with tribo version for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blend procedure.
Models with a T indicate powder coatings made with this polyester resin that can be sprayed with a friction gun.
Compared with electrostatic spraying, friction gun spraying has the following advantages:
1. Comprehensive automatic spraying can be used to save labor.
2. Compared with the high-voltage electrostatic gun, the surface quality is more perfect and smooth.
3. The uniformity of the surface coating is perfect.
4. To overcome the Faraday effect, it is especially effective for spraying complex workpieces.
5. High powder coating rate reduces the investment cost of equipment.
