Slow Curing TGIC Polyester Resin for Sand and Wrinkle Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
NH0307G-1 is a saturated polyester resin used in polyester / TGIC powder coating
system and polyester / HAA powder coating system.
Models with a G indicate powder coatings made with this polyester resin that is suitable for direct fired furnace curing.
The heating method of the circulating gas stream can be direct heating or indirect heating. The so-called direct heating method is that the fuel is burned in the open flame in the circulating air duct, which belongs to the open fire heating. The generated high-temperature flue gas is mixed with the circulating air flow and enters the jet box in the furnace under the action of the circulating fan, and the coating is cured through the nozzle. The advantages of the direct-fired furnace curing method are that the furnace heating time is fast and the temperature control accuracy is high.
