93/7 TGIC Polyester Resin High Tg for High Gloss Powder Coatings for Aluminum Profile
◎Introduction
NH3307GT is tribo gun and anti gas burners versions of NH3307, is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system at the ratio 93/7.
Models with a G indicate powder coatings made with this polyester resin that is suitable for direct fired furnace curing. The advantages of the direct-fired furnace curing method are that the furnace heating time is fast and the temperature control accuracy is high.
Models with a T indicate powder coatings made with this polyester resin that is suitable for friction gun spraying. The advantages of friction gun spraying are High powder application rate for the first time, overcoming the Faraday cage effect, better surface leveling and smoothness of the coating film, and lower labor costs.
