90/10 TGIC Saturated Polyester Resins for Coil or PCM Powder Coating
◎Introduction
NH3003 is saturated polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating used in coil or PCM.
Pre-coated coils are also called organic-coated steel sheets, color steel sheets, plastic composite steel sheets, color-coated aluminum sheets, etc. Users can directly process it or use it directly without painting. It has been widely used in the construction industry and home appliance industry. Coil pre-coating is currently dominated by liquid coatings, but the pressure caused by a large amount of volatile organic compounds to the environment greatly hinders its application. As a coating that does not contain organic solvents at all, powder coatings have become a strong competitor of liquid coatings Some progress has been made in the coating of materials.
Due to the large length of the coil, it needs to be sprayed very quickly and requires a fast curing speed. However, the curing time of many powder coatings requires 10-20 minutes, so it cannot meet the requirements of coil materials.
The curing time of NH3003 is very short, only 1.5 minutes, because the powder coating prepared with it can meet the requirements of coil materials.
