Introduction

 

HH2682 is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 60/40 hybrid powder coatings.

Fast-curing polyester often helps in the following aspects in the use of powder coatings.

For example:

(1) Increase the crosslinking density, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the coating film such as hardness, cross-cut adhesion, and impact resistance;

(2) Reduce the curing temperature or shorten the curing time to achieve low-temperature curing or rapid curing;

(3) Hinder the melting and leveling of the powder, and achieve the control of the size of the texture and the appearance of the three-dimensional sense;

(4) Interfere with the slow or medium-speed curing system, and reduce the apparent gloss while leveling.
