Low-cost 93/7 TGIC Polyester Resin for General Industrial Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
NH3387 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for applications of polyester/TGIC powder coating system, it is designed for general industrial powder coatings, which is cost-effecive and well-performed.
Pure polyester powder coatings are thermosetting powder coatings composed of hydroxyl polyester resins, curing agents, pigments, fillers and additives. They have good weather resistance and decorative properties. Compared with epoxy powder coatings, the advantages are baking is not easy to yellow, and the fullness of the paint film is high. Generally used in building materials, home appliances, general industrial fields, such as aluminum extrusion material coating for doors and windows, road marking piles, automobile industry, traffic equipment: parts or hubs of automobiles and motorcycles, bicycle bodies and road isolation fences, air conditioners, appliance casings and gas stove panels, garden utensils, handrails and fences, agricultural equipment and utility poles, etc.
