Low Curing Hybrid Polyester Resins for MDF Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
HH2533 is a saturated polyester resin, which is mainly used for 50/50 hybrid powder coating, and can be realized low temperature curing at 130℃.
Powder coatings are environment-friendly coatings that do not contain solvents, have no taste, have no volatility, and have zero VOCs emissions in the manufacturing and use process, realizing zero pollution.
MDF powder coating is an innovative product specially developed for MDF, which has excellent environmental protection properties. It can effectively seal the emission of harmful substances such as formaldehyde in the board, and make the formaldehyde emission of furniture almost zero after painting.
HH2533 greatly improves the reactivity, and at the same time has board appearance and excellent degassing performance. When the resin is applied to powder coatings, it achieves low-temperature curing very well, the coating has good adhesion to the substrate, and has good leveling and stability, and chemical resistance, designed for thermosensitive substrate.
