94/6 Excellent Leveling Saturated TGIC Polyester Resin for Powder Coatings
◎Introduction
NH3406-1 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/TGIC powder coating system at the rate of 94:6.
A coating is a material that is coated on the surface of a metal object to be coated and can form a firmly attached continuous film. Powder coating is a kind of coating with 100% solid content, which has the characteristics of no solvent, no pollution, saving energy and resources, reducing labor intensity and high mechanical strength of coating film.
Powder coatings are widely used in: 1. Decorative and protective coating, used for the shells and parts of household appliances, metal furniture, automobiles, instruments and meters, bicycles, sewing machines, electromechanical equipment, light industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, construction hardware and other products; 2. Insulation and moisture-proof coating is applied to transformers, iron cores, coils, resistors, batteries, etc. of motors, electrical appliances, electronic components and other products; 3. Anti corrosion coating is used for chemical tanks, petroleum pipelines, drinking water pipelines and valve bodies, household products, electroplating fixtures, etc.
