◎Introduction
Water-based paint is a paint that uses water as a diluent and does not contain organic solvents. It is non-toxic, non-irritating, harmless to the human body, and does not pollute the environment. The paint film is plump, crystal clear, flexible, and resistant to water, abrasion, and aging , anti-yellowing, fast drying, easy to use and so on.
AE-7223 is widely used in the surface coating of metal substrates of elector-mechanical equipment (Like: Air conditioning refrigeration unit), special vehicles, engineering machinery and other products, plays a good role in decoration and anti-corrosion protection, and is suitable for high-pressure airless / mixed gas spraying and automatic line spraying.
◎Advantages
1. Using water as a solvent saves a lot of resources; eliminates the risk of fire during construction; reduces air pollution; only uses a small amount of low-toxic alcohol ether organic solvents to improve the working environment. The organic solvent (accounting for paint) of general water-based paint is between 5% and 15%, while the cathodic electrophoretic paint has been reduced to less than 1.2%, which has a significant effect on reducing pollution and saving resources.
2. Water-based coatings can be directly coated on wet surfaces and in humid environments; they have good adaptability to material surfaces and strong coating adhesion.
3. The coating tools can be cleaned with water, which greatly reduces the consumption of cleaning solvents and effectively reduces the damage to construction personnel.
4. The electrophoretic coating film is uniform and smooth. Good flatness; inner cavity, welds, corners, and edges can be coated with a certain thickness of coating film, which has good protection; electrophoretic coating has the best corrosion resistance, thick film cathodic electrophoretic coating The salt spray resistance can reach up to 1200h.
